A Couple of Small Finishes for Exchanges

Johnny Appleseed is from the "September" leaflet and will be sent as a "raw" block for the recipient to "finish" as she chooses.

The fall piece comes from the "October" leaflet.  I'll have to think of some kind of ornament "finish" for this one.  I'm rather "finishing impaired" so will mull over for a while before attempting it.

The other day I made a rare visit to Spring, TX to 2 LNS's.  (It's about a 1 3/4 hour drive for me so I don't go very often.)  I came home with 3 PS leaflets...after buying a couple more that am on ebay.  I'm so afraid that they'll be almost impossible to find after they announced their retirement that it's hard for me to turn any away.  I don't think I'm alone in my "problem".

Happy stitching!

I'm soo relieved to find other stitchers who are not so great at the finishing part of projects. It is definitely my least favorite part of stitching.

Rita, I love Johnny Appleseed, I can still remember watching a Disney show on him when I was little.

Both finishes are so lovely, Rita.
You are right, it is really hard now to get some of the older charts. And even the latest aren't available at my ONS.

I love those designs - great job!
I agree about needing to buy all the designs - it's an addiction, right? I'm frantically collecting the yearly Santas :D
