Nordic Holiday...

I do so love these Christmas designs from Nordic Holiday (Book #191). This time I am stitching the Christmas trees.

Hopefully, it won't take too long to whip up and will eventually look like this.....

(Sorry, this is a screen shot so a bit blurry).

Thanks for visiting,

Birdsong

Hello, dear stitching friends,

I hope there is still someone out there.

Last month or so I started a new Prairie Schooler project. I have always been in love with their bird designs and decided to stitch one of them. My choice was Birdsong II. I had posted about my new start in Kaye's Sunday Starts blog. Meanwhile I have stitched on it a little bit more. Here is my progress:

Have a great time,
Brigitte

Hello
Finally, I have completed FARMER'S ALPHABET.

I have completed Book 61 Garden Alphabet and  Book 64 Christmas Alphabet

There is another Book 68 Animal Alphabet and stitch isn't made this yet.

I'd like to line up and display 4 works.

Merry Christmas ....

Wishing all of my very dear bloggy/crafty/cross stitchy friends the very Merriest of Christmases and a safe and Happy New Year.

I would also like to thank you all for your friendship, support, advice, encouragement and kindnesses to me over the past year.  This Prairie Schooler SAL blog,  fuels one of my many passions, and thus means a lot to me and while, posting on it has been erratic of late (as my Christmas stitching hotted up) it still gives me great pleasure to know that this blog has, just maybe, been of pleasure to you, too.

All the best for 2017 and I hope to see you all back on this SAL blog in January.

Black Cat

I stitched this from Boo to You (156) for a themed Halloween sal blog (theme black cat).

Santas for Decoration ♥

New look of  2014 Santa!

It was stitched two years, and once, made a cushion for a wreath (as shown above)!

We were truely not satisfied the result at that time! Hence, it's been taken from that silly wreath and redecorated for this year's door decoration! It is looking much more beautiful, isn't it?!
