All The Santas

Hi everyone, my name is Karyn and I live in Southern California.
I am so excited about this SAL, and look forward to sharing and seeing everyone's progress, as we celebrate The Prairie Schooler designs together.
A huge thanks goes out to our dear friend Kaye for organizing this fun SAL for us...hugs and kisses, especially because I adore The Prairie Schooler and feel so sad to have to say Goodbye to them.
I have decided to stitch all 32 of the annual Santas that I have collected over the years. I am starting with the current and final year of 2015. I am not putting a time limit upon myself, but will try to stitch and finish at least half by the end of the year. My plan is to purchase a small Christmas tree dedicated to all of my cross stitched Christmas ornaments, and these hanging upon it as well.
I am going to stitch them all on a Tea Dyed Monaco, 2 over 2, using the charted floss, most of which I either had in my stash or have just purchased at JoAnn.
I'm off to start stitching...woohoo!

Hi Karyn, sounds like a fun ambition - Luckily for us, there are enough PS designs out there to keep us all busy for decades! lol!

That's a great plan to stitch all their annual Santas. I have just ordered some of the series that I didn't have. They are all so lovely.

Great choices! I've decided to do the same thing, but I'm stitching them from the beginning to the end.

Karyn, you have chosen quite an undertaking. But it will be so worth it in the end. Can't wait to see your progress on these.
